Delivery Areas
We currently ship to eligible pin codes across India. Serviceability for your address is confirmed automatically at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Timelines
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro areas may take a little longer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it right up to delivery.
Delays

Return Policy

Return Eligibility
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened spice jars, loose-leaf tea and perishable snack items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, expired, or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup where available, or share drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a swap instead of a refund? Let us know when you raise the request and we'll exchange it for the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability.
